Representative Douglas Bruce, who seems to make foolocracy.com pages every week or two, is now the subject of a sexual harassment complaint regarding an alleged comment and contact. This is the second sexual harassment issue in the Colorado Legislature this year. Earlier, Assistant Majority Leader Michael Garcia resigned over allegations that he exposed himself and made comments to a female lobbyist.
