When you're a president, you assume responsibilty for the country and whatever the country does (right or wrong), the president and the people involved should share the responsibility. Other people have been tried at The Hague, I don't see why Bush should be exempt - after all, many people died after he became president. Bush is an evil person. He lied to the American people, ruined many other people's lives (including American(s) (soldiers)) and countless other people - many who have lost their lives because of the actions he took. He SHOULD go to The Hague.
