Goats Ordered Released From Jail; Police To Undergo Retraining

Deputy Justice Minister Claude Nyamugabo of Congo has ordered the release of a dozen prisoners. Why is this news? The prisoners were goats.

Police officers detained a man who was illegally selling goats along the side of the road. The man was thrown in jail with his goats. Before the minister intervened, the police were planning on bringing the goats to court.

The police have now been ordered to undergo retraining.
