Vladimir Putin has earned Foolocracy’s “Fool of the Week” award for his bizarre release of the video “Let’s Learn Judo with Vladimir Putin.”

For an American politician to release something similar would be unthinkable. Can anyone imagine “Learn to Fly with John McCain” or “Learn Law with Barack Obama” videos?
