Obama Popular Vote Margin Biggest Ever For Non-Incumbent

According to the Pensito Review, Barack Obama has the largest margin of victory ever polled by a non-incumbent President. The current numbers show him with a 9,124,522 margin over John McCain.

His percentage win is less impressive. Obama’s 7% lead is the 13th highest non-incumbent total.

Nevertheless, that is enough for a mandate. It is a welcome change from the cliffhangers of 2000 and 2004.

One Response to Obama Popular Vote Margin Biggest Ever For Non-Incumbent

  1. Ted says:

On Dec 5 the Supreme Court will either allow or disallow the usurpation of both the Constitution and the Government of the United States — easily the most pivotal decision since our nation’s founding — and the silence of the news media is deafening (if not downright scary).
