US Only Nation To Vote Against Hunger Resolution In UN

 In the waning days of his Presidency, George Bush continues to thumb his nose at the rest of the world. In a UN vote on the right of food, the resolution passed 180 to 1.

Yes, you guessed, the United States stood alone opposing a toothless (forgive the pun) resolution against hunger.

The United States voted against it because of “inaccurate textual descriptions of underlying rights.”

Ever wonder why so much of the world dislikes the United States.
