If Stormy Daniels gets her way, Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt may have a new job. She wants Flynt as her campaign manager.
Daniels is the porn star who is considering a run for the Senate seat held by Louisiana’s David Vitter. Vitter was exposed in 2007 as soliciting a Washington, D.C, prostitute. A writer working for Flynt found Vitter’s phone number in a list with D.C. Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey.
Recently, it had appeared that Vitter had reestablished himself as a candidate for reelection. The Stormy Daniels candidacy would be an unpleasant reminder of a past Vitter would prefer to regret.
Daniels has said that if she runs against Vitter, she will point out his hypocrisy. She will also run on the importance of safe sex and eliminating sexually explicit images of children from the internet.
Upon hearing that Flynt might run Daniels campaign, Hastings Wyman, editor of the Southern Political Report commented, “Oh my goodness, I can’t wait to see those brochures. He (Vitter) can’t be pleased.”
