Alabama National Guard Tricked By Borat

Borat has done it again.

Sacha Baron Cohen, the actor who tricked Americans into thinking he was a odd Kazakhstan television producer, has fooled the Alabama National Guard.

Cohen tricked officers of the Guard into giving him a full media tour and a National Guard uniform to wear as if he was an officer candidate. Cohen told the unsuspecting officers that he was shooting a German television documentary. Everything was going well, including a scene where he changed his clothes while wearing thong underwear, until a younger soldier brought it to the attention of the older officers that Cohen wasn’t who he said he was.

The Alabama National Guard did not take it well.

“It’s an embarrassment to the Alabama National Guard,” Staff Sgt. Katrina Timmons said Monday. “Since then we have put in protocols to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

The filming was for a new movie Cohen has planned on a gay foreigner and heterosexual American males.
