A protester opposed to the expansion of Heathrow airport in London, splattered green custard onto the face of British Business Secretary Peter Mandelson yesterday.
After the assault, the protester walked away. Police have said they are investigating but no arrest has been made because a complaint has not been filed.
“It’s not right that someone like Peter Mandelson can stand up and talk about being green. The only thing green about Peter Mandelson is the slime coursing through his veins,” said the protester Leila Deen.
