Oklahoma state Representative Sally Kern has the economic troubles of the United States figured out. The causes are “abortion, pornography, same sex marriage, sex trafficking, divorce, illegitimate births, child abuse, and many other forms of debauchery.”
Kern developed a proclamation that states that we should live our lives as the Bible declares, and then everything will be fine and prosperous. You know, the way Mark Sanford lives his life.
Kern fingers Barack Obama in the proclamation as advocating “immoral behavior” and disregarding “the biblical admonitions to live clean and pure lives.”
Apparently, Obama’s committed relationship to his wife and kids is not pure enough for Kern.
Yet, the part I really like is aligning divorce with sex trafficking, child abuse and “other forms of debauchery.”
