Luchezar Filipov is a respected scientist in Bulgaria. He is head of the Space Research Institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He has done some high-level astrophysics work and worked on the MIR space station.
That being said, his ideas are out of this world.
Filipov is the scientist who said that aliens are among us. They even attended his media briefing last week. Apparently, the reason we are not sitting down for a cup of coffee with ET is because there is a communication problem.
Filipov and a group of scientists are working on that.
Filipov sent our galactic visitors a 30-question quiz, and the aliens gave their answers in crop circles. Filipov and his team are analyzing 150 crop circles now for those answers.
Filipov said one of the questions that he asked the aliens was if the world was going to end in 2012. According to Filipov, the aliens responded that there is some truth to that.
One would think that a straight-up question like that would get a straight answer. Either the world is ending or not ending, but it looks like ET is not a straight talker. It looks like Filipov is just the scientist to work on this.
There is now a move afoot to force Filipov’s resignation from the Space Research Institute.
As Ian Corbett, general secretary of the executive committee of the Paris-based International Astronomical Union said, “I’m not aware of this work, but it is very hard to take seriously.”
Filipov wants everyone to take the time to comprehend the situation. “You must understand that this is a very complicated situation.”
It just looks foolish to me.
