Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero is the current President of the European Union. It is a six-month term that rotates to different country leaders. Naturally, Zapatero has a website for his new title. That site was hacked into and Zapatero’s image replaced by Rowan Atkinson’s character Mr. Bean who greeted viewers with a “Hi, there.”
Zapatero has been lampooned for some time because of his resemblance to Mr. Bean. The staggering Spanish economy, with unemployment at 19% has led some to question if Mr. Bean really is running the country.
