There is no telling how this is going to play out for Blake Farenthold, the Republican candidate seeking election to Texas’ 27th Congressional District. Farenthold is running as a conservative, Tea Party candidate.
In hindsight, it probably was not a good idea for Farenthold to attend a pajama-party fundraiser last year. He was photographed in ducky pajamas next to a lingerie model.
Some are wondering if Farenthold shares the values of the average Texan voter. My hunch is that the picture with the lingerie model will not hurt him in Texas, even though he is married with two college age daughters. The ducky pajamas…that might be another problem.
