Georgia Lawmakers Hold Meeting about Obama Using Mind Control for UN Takeover of America

To try to understand the kookiness behind a meeting last month of Georgia Republican State Senators, it is important to understand Agenda 21 and the Delphi Technique or at least how they relate to conspiracies.

Agenda 21 is a nonbinding, voluntary plan by the UN to promote sustainable living. It has not been adopted by the United States but was pushed by both George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. It is also the center of a conspiracy that the UN is trying to take over the United States.

The Delphi Technique or Delphi Method was designed by the Rand Corporation in the 1950s to bring a consensus among experts by slowing reducing the range of responses. Still used today, some conspiracy believers see it as brain washing.

On October 11, members of the Georgia State Senate meet to discuss how Agenda 21 and the Delphi Technique are being used to end American life as we know it. Included in this conspiracy meeting was Georgia Senate Majority Leader Chip Rogers.

Here is how Mother Jones described a closed-door meeting of Republican State Senators.

The meeting consisted of a PowerPoint presentation followed by a 90-minute screening of the anti-Agenda 21 documentary, Agenda: Grinding America Down. It was emceed by Field Searcy, a local conservative activist who was forced out of the Georgia Tea Party in April due to his endorsement of conspiracy theories about the president’s birth certificate and the collapse of World Trade Center Tower 7. The presentation also featured a special video cameo from conservative talking-head Dick Morris in which the former Clinton aide warns that Obama “wants to force everyone into the cities from whence our ancestors fled.”

Unbelievably, the Republican leadership in the Georgia Senate held a presentation headed by a man deemed a kook by the Tea Party. The first 52 minutes of the presentation was recorded and is available at the Mother Jones link. Included in the presentation was also a slide that compared Stalin and Mao with Obama.

Let me emphasize again that this was a meeting of top government officials in Georgia.

Salon went into more detail on how Obama is planning to turn Americans into mindless robots content to surrendering their rights to free choice and private property.

In the video, Searcy calls Agenda 21 a “conspiracy to transform America from the land of the free, to the land of the collective,” and says that “our own governments are doing this. Our own local city councils and county commissions – they’re doing this.”

Searcy also says that Obama, local chambers of commerce and liberal groups will try to accomplish this through a form of mind-control:

They do that by a process known as the Delphi technique. The Delphi technique was developed by the Rand Corporation during the Cold War as a mind-control technique. It’s also known as “consensive process.” But basically the goal of the Delphi technique is to lead a targeted group of people to a pre-determined outcome while keeping the illusion of being open to public input.

The sun is hot in Georgia, but is it that hot? Full blown crazy stuff like this is understandable in a bar or conspiracy whispering among friends, but when it appears at places like the Georgia legislature, then there is a real problem with keeping democracy on an even kilter in this country.

Some fun background on Chip Rogers: Him and U.S. Rep Tom Graves were sued by Bartow County Bank for a defaulted $2.2 million loan. He also used to swindle people out of money during his career as a “sports tout”, where he would go on TV informercials to encouraged gamblers to dial a pay-per-call 900 number for game predictions that were “guaranteed” to have an 80% success rate, which of course is impossible
