Florida Governor Crist Accidentally Gives Out Phone Number For Sex Chat Line Instead Of Children’s Health Care

Florida Governor Charlie Crist’s staff has some egg on their faces.

Recently, Crist made a recording for parents to call a state program that provides health care to children. However, the phone number was incorrect on Crist’s script.

Instead of getting Floridakidcare.org, People who called the number got a sex chat line with this come on:

“Hey there, sexy guy. Welcome to an exciting new way to go live, one on one, with hot, horny girls waiting right now to talk to you. Lie back, baby. Relax. And get ready to meet real local students, housewives, and working girls from all over the country. Hundreds of hot girls call free all day and night because we love nasty talk as much as you do.”

The Governor has recorded a new message with the proper phone number.

If you live in Florida, you can now have Jesus crucified on your license plate. Florida Governor Charlie Crist has no problem with that because in his view it doesn’t violate the separation of church and state. It is merely a consumer choice.

Am I the only one who finds it oddly coincidental that while the country debates torture, Florida puts the image of the world’s most famous torture act on public property? Of course, torture didn’t work then. It gave birth to Christianity. Yet, it is supposed to defeat terrorism now. There’s a lesson here.

Florida Governor Orders Investigation Into 32 Unmarked Graves At Reform School

Florida Governor Charlie Crist has ordered an investigation into 32 unmarked graves found at a reform school known for extraordinarily harsh discipline.

According to UPI:

”Please review all available resources and make every reasonable effort to determine the identities of these remains,” Crist wrote. “During the course of the investigation, please determine whether any crimes were committed and, if possible, the perpetrators of these crimes.”

Crist said four former residents approached him about the matter Monday. They claim the facility was a house of horrors where delinquent boys were flogged, sexually abused, and physically and mentally tortured.

African-American residents at the school sometimes disappeared without explanation in the 1950s and 1960s, and the men say they are convinced the youths were buried in the graves, the Herald reported.

Thirty-two graves and it takes 40-50 years for this to come out? Disgusting. Unfortunately, the parties responsible for this are probably long dead. It is bit hard to imagine that there is no foul play involved when the graves are not even marked.

Bill Requiring “Critical Analysis” of Evolution Passes Florida House

By a 71-43 vote, a state House bill requires Science teachers to criticize evolution. The Senate passed a bill earlier that prohibited punishment of teachers who provide alternatives. The House version was proposed as an amendment in the Senate but failed. Gov. Charlie Crist on a visit to the House chambers was asked if he believed in evolution. “I believe in a lot of things,” Crist said. “No one has any record – no fossils have been found, no eyewitnesses have seen any species in transition from one to another,” said Alan Hayes, the bill sponsor. Apparently, some needs to take Hayes to a museum so he can see an actual fossil. Perhaps some also needs to explain to Hayes that evolution occurs over many generations and will not occur before the eyes like a cartoonish X-man mutation.
