Nebraska state Senator Ernie Chambers has announced he will appeal the dismissal of his lawsuit against God. A Nebraska judge threw out the first case stating that God had not been served properly.
Chambers is appealing to the Nebraska Supreme court on the grounds that since God is all-knowing and all-powerful, He knows of the lawsuit.
